Prevention Services are prevention services of Centerstone, one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit provider of community-based mental health and addiction services, offering a full range of mental health services, substance abuse treatment and educational services.

Prevention Services are based in Nashville, Tenn., but have offices located across Tennessee and southwestern Kentucky.

Centerstone Prevention Services have provided effective prevention programs to Middle Tennesseans since the mid-1980s, with programs focusing on alcohol and drug abuse prevention, violence and bullying prevention, STD/STI and teen pregnancy prevention and character development services.

Our services are fun, educational and easily accessible, with many programs available within local schools and neighborhood centers around the Nashville area.
