Providing evidence-based services, using Safe in the City, Say it Straight and Lead and Seed, designed to reduce the onset of substance abuse and transmission of HIV/AIDS.  The Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration/Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (SAMHSA/CSAP) provides the funding for this service
